The pineapple flavor is genuinely good—not fake or overly sweet—and two gummies in the morning actually get me through my afternoon slump without the jittery crash I used to get from coffee. I’m halfway through the 21-day pack and my energy feels steadier, plus I don’t miss the sugar at all.

I’ve been reaching for these instead of my usual second coffee around 3pm, and the plant-based energy boost lasts a few hours without any jittery crash. Two gummies a day is easy to remember, and the pineapple flavor makes it feel more like a treat than a supplement.

The pineapple flavor is genuinely tasty—not that fake candy taste—and I’ve been taking my two gummies with breakfast for about two weeks now. I’m not crashing at 3 p.m. like I used to, and it’s nice to get the boost from plants and vitamins instead of a coffee refill.
