Sebastian ★★★★★

My nails used to peel and snap at the slightest thing, but after taking these consistently for the last three weeks, they're noticeably stronger with way less breakage. The 5mg biotin dose per gummy is easy to remember since it's just one a day, and I've had zero stomach issues with them.

Penelope ★★★★★

My nails have gone from peeling and flimsy to actually holding their shape after just a few weeks, and the 5mg biotin dose is clearly the difference maker. They taste surprisingly decent for a sugar-free gummy too, so it's easy to remember to take them daily.

Robert W. ★★★★★

My hair was shedding like crazy before I started taking these, so the 5mg biotin dose really appealed to me. Three weeks in, I'm already seeing new baby hairs around my temples and my nails are noticeably harder when I tap them on the desk.
